Will the next Xbox come out in 2019 or 2020?

So I found this video on YouTube that said that MS is rushing the next Xbox console in 2019. He never gave a source so be extra skeptical. I personally think the next Xbox will come out 2020 and the PS5 will come out in 2021.
Will the next Xbox come out in 2019 or 2020?

Please help.
